Free Nationwide Bulk Delivery of Aggregate Materials

SimpleGravel Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy governs all orders placed through SimpleGravel (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to all terms outlined below.

SimpleGravel coordinates the sourcing and delivery of bulk aggregate materials through a network of licensed independent hauling partners and regional suppliers. Deliveries are fulfilled using standard dump trucks or other heavy equipment depending on material type and load requirements.

1. Bulk Material Delivery Method

All materials are delivered in bulk using dump trucks or other commercial hauling equipment.

Delivery methods may include but are not limited to:
• Standard rear dump delivery
• Tailgate spread (when available and requested)
• End dump delivery for certain commercial loads
• Multiple truck deliveries for larger orders

Material will be deposited in one designated drop location chosen by the customer unless otherwise arranged.

Drivers do not perform manual spreading, grading, or placement of materials.

Once material is unloaded, the delivery is considered complete and accepted.

2. Delivery Scheduling

Delivery windows provided during checkout are estimated windows only and are not guaranteed arrival times.

Delivery timing may be affected by:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather events
• Supplier loading schedules
• Equipment availability
• Route logistics
• Regional demand

SimpleGravel does not guarantee specific delivery times unless a written agreement has been provided.

Delays do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or compensation.

3. Customer Responsibility for Site Access

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for a fully loaded commercial dump truck.

Typical delivery trucks may weigh up to 70,000 lbs when loaded.

Customers must ensure:
• Adequate roadway width
• Stable ground conditions
• Clear overhead space
• No low power lines or tree branches
• Safe turning radius for trucks
• No underground utilities that could be damaged
• Safe backing access if required

If the delivery site is deemed unsafe by the driver, the driver may refuse to unload.

In such cases, the order will be considered attempted delivery, and no refund will be issued.

4. Property Damage Risk

Customers acknowledge that heavy trucks may cause:
• Driveway cracking
• Asphalt damage
• Concrete stress fractures
• Lawn damage
• Soil compression
• Underground utility stress

By placing an order, the customer accepts all risks associated with heavy vehicle access.

SimpleGravel, its suppliers, drivers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any property damage resulting from delivery vehicle access or unloading.

Customers who are concerned about potential damage should request delivery at the street or curbside.

5. Material Variations

Bulk aggregate materials are natural products sourced from regional quarries.

Variations may occur in:
• Color
• Rock shape
• Rock size
• Texture
• Moisture content
• Organic content (for soils and mulch)

Images shown on the website are representative only and may not reflect exact regional material characteristics.

Material variation does not qualify for refunds or replacements.

6. Order Quantities

Bulk materials are measured by volume (cubic yards) or weight equivalents depending on the product.

Due to the nature of bulk materials and loading processes, deliveries may vary by approximately:

±10% of ordered quantity

This is considered standard industry tolerance and does not qualify for refund claims.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Blocked access
• Unsafe conditions
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable to provide access instructions
• HOA restrictions
• Local restrictions on heavy vehicles

The order will be marked as failed delivery.

Customers may request rescheduling, but additional fees may apply.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

8. Tailgate Spreading Disclaimer

Tailgate spreading is offered only when available and depends on:
• Truck configuration
• Material type
• Site conditions
• Driver discretion

Spread patterns and coverage cannot be guaranteed.

Customers accept that spreading results may vary.

No refunds or adjustments are provided for spreading results.

9. Weather Conditions

Severe weather conditions may delay deliveries.

Weather delays do not qualify for refunds.

Orders will be rescheduled for the next available delivery window.

10. Multiple Truck Deliveries

Orders requiring multiple truckloads may arrive:
• Separately
• From different suppliers
• At different times

Customers acknowledge that loads may not arrive simultaneously.

11. Final Delivery Acceptance & Limited Refund Policy

Once material is unloaded at the delivery site:
• The order is considered completed
• The material is considered accepted
• No returns are possible

Bulk materials cannot be removed or returned once dumped.

Refund Exception (Strictly Limited):
Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:
• Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Request must be reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of the Company owner
• Supporting evidence (photos, description, etc.) may be required

Approval of any refund is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the Company’s discretion.

No refunds will be issued for:
• Material already used or moved
• Natural material variations
• Delivery delays
• Site access issues
• Spreading results
• Quantity tolerance within industry standards
