SimpleGravel LLC Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of bulk aggregate materials and delivery logistics, all orders are subject to the following terms. By placing an order with SimpleGravel LLC, you agree to this policy in full.
1. All Sales Final After Delivery
Once material has been delivered and unloaded at the delivery location:
The order is considered completed
The material is considered accepted
No returns are possible
Bulk materials cannot be collected, removed, or returned once dumped.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled if the request is made before dispatch or supplier loading begins.
Once a truck has been scheduled or loaded:
Cancellation may not be possible
Delivery costs may already be incurred
If a cancellation is approved:
A processing and coordination fee may apply
Payment processor fees are non-refundable
3. Dispatch & Fulfillment Status
Once an order reaches dispatch status, it is considered in fulfillment.
At this stage:
Orders may not be canceled
Delivery charges are locked in
Refunds will not be issued
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before purchase, including:
Product type
Quantity
Delivery address
Delivery instructions
Site accessibility for delivery equipment
Orders delivered exactly as placed do not qualify for refunds.
5. Delivery Refusal
If delivery is refused after the truck arrives on site:
The order will be treated as a completed delivery
No refund will be issued
6. Site Conditions & Access
Customers must ensure the delivery site is safe and accessible.
If the driver determines that conditions are unsafe or inaccessible:
Delivery may be refused or modified
Delivery will be considered attempted
Delivery fees are non-refundable
Material costs may also be non-refundable depending on supplier policies
7. Natural Product Variations
All materials are naturally sourced and may vary in:
Color
Texture
Rock size
Composition
These variations are normal and not grounds for refunds.
8. Quantity Tolerance
Industry-standard load tolerances apply.
Minor variations due to:
Loading conditions
Moisture content
Compaction or settling
do not qualify for refunds.
9. Final Delivery Acceptance & Limited Refund Policy
Once material is unloaded:
The order is considered complete
The material is considered accepted
No returns are possible
Limited Refund Exception (Strictly Controlled)
Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:
Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Request must include supporting evidence (photos, description, etc.)
Photos must be taken before the material is moved, spread, or altered
Material must not be used, moved, or altered
Request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of SimpleGravel LLC
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Material that has been used, spread, or moved
Natural material variations
Delivery timing or delays
Site access or placement limitations
Spreading or installation results
Quantity variances within industry standards
10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with this policy.
Fraudulent or unjustified disputes may result in:
Collection efforts
Additional administrative fees
Reporting to payment processors or financial institutions
11. Limitation of Liability
SimpleGravel LLC’s total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
SimpleGravel LLC is not liable for:
Property damage
Driveway or surface damage
Landscaping damage
Lost project time
Contractor delays
Indirect or consequential damages
12. Force Majeure
SimpleGravel LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Supply shortages
Transportation disruptions
Equipment failures
Government restrictions
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with SimpleGravel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
